This Privacy Policy explains how Ads Go Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1549723-A) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the Cinext Academy website, contact us, or register for our programmes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") of Malaysia.
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address, company name and job role.
- Registration and payment details: seat purchased, amount paid and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or other channels.
- Referral information: if you arrive through a link shared by one of our sales representatives, we record which representative referred you.
- Event media: photos or video taken at our events.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited) and your language preference, which is stored in your browser.
2. How we use your personal data
- to process your registration and payment;
- to send you programme details (dates, venue, schedule) and provide the Programme, Cinext account access and community group;
- to answer your enquiries and provide customer support;
- to process refunds and handle disputes;
- to attribute registrations to the sales representative who referred you;
- to send you information about future programmes, products and offers, where you have not opted out;
- to improve our website, programmes and services; and
- to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- our staff and authorised sales representatives who need it to serve you;
- service providers acting on our behalf, including payment providers, Meta / WhatsApp (messaging), Vercel (website hosting) and the Cinext platform;
- professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with the PDPA.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Under the PDPA, you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

- ask questions or make a complaint about how we handle your data.

7. Is providing data mandatory?
Your name, contact number, email and payment details are required to register for a programme. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to process your registration.
8. Children
Our programmes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
